인합판과 대금을 적절하게 연결한 후 우선 임시 고정한 상태입니다.
여러 교수님들과 자문위원분들과 회의를 하고 확정되면 옻칠을 하고 사슴가죽으로 혁결하여 마무리합니다.
작은 판 하나 하나 인합판, 안부판, 거판, 대금 전부 단조를 하고 몸에 맞도록 곡선을 주고 있습니다. 쉬운 작업처럼 보이지만 정말 많은 사람이 하나하나 수작업으로 삼국시대 판갑을 완성하고 있습니다.
유경 코스룩은 그 시대의 그 장인이 작업했던 그 때로 돌아가 정말 그분이 만들었던 과정과 유사하게 갑옷들을 제작하고 있습니다.

현재 가죽은 사슴가죽을 구했습니다. 사슴가죽은 인장력이 소가죽보다 월등해 좋습니다.
사슴 가죽 원판을 2장 구했습니다. 이 원판 가죽으로 가죽끈을 만들고 그 끈으로 갑옷의 판을 연결해보겠습니다.
이렇게 유경 코스룩은 갑옷을 직접 하나씩 만들면서 쌓이는 노하우가 보통이 아닙니다.

今日はずっと三国時代の板甲を製作しています。
高められた三国時代のパン甲をそのまま再現するので、すごく神経や手がたくさん使われます。
初期の紙で形をつかんで修正し、革結の穴を位置を研究した結果、形の満足度を確認した後、鉄板を切り、板をつなぎます。
合合板と代金を適切に連結した後、まず仮固定した状態です。
いろいろな教授様と諮問委員の方々と会議をして確定したら漆塗りをして鹿革に革結して仕上げます。
小さな板一つ一つ 合合板、安否板、巨板、代金全て鍛造をして体にフィットするように曲線を与えています。 簡単な作業のように見えますが、本当に多くの人が一つ一つ手作業で三国時代のパン甲を完成しています。

After creating and modifying the initial shape with paper and checking the satisfaction of the shape by studying the position of the holes in the leather, the steel plate is cut and the plates are connected.
After properly connecting the plywood and the base, it is first temporarily fixed.
We hold meetings with various professors and advisors, and once finalized, we finish it by lacquering it and polishing it with deer leather.
Each small plate, including plywood, anbu plate, base plate, and daegeum, is forged and curved to fit the body. It may seem like an easy task, but many people are completing Three Kingdoms era plate armor by hand, one by one.
Yugyeong Kosruk goes back to the time when the craftsman worked and manufactures armor in a similar way to the process he used.
So, although it is really difficult, if I record it like this and all the materials are discovered hundreds of years later, I will try to reproduce the reproductions so that descendants will be satisfied when they look at the materials I created, just as we remember that day by looking at materials from the Joseon Dynasty.
The current leather is deer skin. Deer leather is good because its tensile strength is far superior to that of cow leather.
I obtained 2 deer skin discs. Let's make a leather strap from this disc leather and connect the plates of the armor with the strap.
The know-how that Yugyeong Koslook accumulates by making each piece of armor himself is unusual.
